October 2021 – The new Motability Scheme price list has been released, offering disabled people a range of over 1,200 cars to choose from, many available with no Advance Payment. The Scheme provides worry-free, affordable motoring to disabled people and their families in the UK.

The Motability Scheme prices include a three-year all-inclusive lease package of insurance, RAC breakdown assistance, service and maintenance, as well as tyre and windscreen repair and replacement.
The Motability Scheme works closely with car manufacturers to offer as much choice and affordability as possible. In addition to over 120 cars with no Advance Payment, there are more than 350 with an Advance Payment under £500. This includes smaller hatchbacks and larger SUVs to meet customers different disability needs and ensuring the everyday freedom a car can bring.
The Scheme has maintained these prices for customers despite the challenges of the current market, caused by silicon chip shortages, disruption in buying and selling patterns as well as global issues such as stock availability and backlogs in supply chains. Current customers are encouraged to place their order for a new vehicle three months ahead of the end of their current lease to minimise lead times as much as possible.
With more and more green options added to the Scheme, this price list features over 290 low emission vehicle options (with CO2 emissions of 100g/km or less) including 60 hybrid models and 88 electric vehicles. Options include the Volkswagen ID.3 Life Pro and the Suzuki Swace 1.8 hybrid SZ-T, both are available with no Advance Payment and the Vauxhall Mokka Elite Premium is available at £149 Advance Payment.
Adaptations and Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs)
There are over 350 vehicle adaptations available, with more than 50 at no extra cost, providing car entry solutions, more comfortable travel or options for storing mobility equipment. Plus, with over 750 Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs) to choose from there are options available to suit a range of different disability and transport needs.
Recipients of the Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance, Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment, War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement or the Armed Forces Independence Payment can choose to exchange their weekly allowance to lease a vehicle through the Motability Scheme.
