Leading Scottish craft brewer, Stewart Brewing, has announced new listings for its award-winning beers with supermarket, Morrisons.
Radical Road, a triple hopped pale ale, and First World Problems, a Belgian IPA, will be available in 330ml cans across 60 Morrisons stores throughout Scotland. Additionally, pale ale Hollyrood and golden ale Edinburgh Gold, both in 500ml bottles, will be on shelf in 18 stores around Edinburgh and East Scotland. The beers are now in stores, in time for the lead up to St Andrews Day and the festive season.
Jo Stewart, Stewart Brewing co-founder, commented: “It’s fantastic to be listed in Morrisons and to expand our reach to customers. We’ve seen increasing demand for our cans and Radical Road and First World Problems are both award-winning craft beers. Hollyrood and Edinburgh Gold are firm favourites in our core range, and we’re sure our beers will appeal to Morrisons shoppers.”
This year Stewart Brewing has won awards in the International Beer Challenge, Scotland Food and Drink Excellence Awards, SIBA Independent Beer Awards and World Beer Awards. Co-founder Steve Stewart was also named Master Brewer of the Year in the Scottish Beer Awards.
Stewart Brewing beers are also available in Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Majestic Wine. The brewery is located at Bilston Glen Industrial Estate, 26a Dryden Rd, Loanhead, Midlothian.
