Winter sports fans love Yelo! No, not the Spanish mountain village of the same name with a population of less than 40 and five dovecotes in a row as its main attraction. We are talking about the convenient premium ski carrier from the Rameder range with the clever pull-out function. For the winter season 2019/20, it is available in the supplier's online shop at www.rameder.eu.

SUVs and vans are popular means of transport when larger groups or families go on a winter holiday. The roof usually offers plenty of space for a large ski carrier – but due to the vehicle height, it can be quite a stretch to load the equipment without scratching the paintwork. And large station wagons and sedans are often not much better, because they are so wide. Moreover, most ski carriers are not very "helpful" when it comes to loading. The Yelo from the Rameder range has much better manners. The convenient pull-out function makes it much easier to load than many competitors' models. It also offers plenty of space: It can hold up to six pairs of skis or four snowboards. The wide, rubberized contact surface ensures that nothing moves, even during hard braking.

With its low weight of 4.5 kilograms, the Yelo is also easy to mount on the car. It is attached either with a T-slot connection or on square profiles using the optional fastening set. Thanks to the sturdy design using aluminum and high quality plastic, it can hold 42 kg – which is nearly 10 times its own weight. That will make even ants jealous, and of course thieves as well, although for other reasons. Fortunately, the Yelo from Rameder has a reliable locking function. More information on this and other ski carriers from the range of Europe's largest supplier of car transport accessories can be found at www.rameder.eu/roof-racks-ski-racks/ski-racks.
