A QUICK TIP ON LEADERSHIP

A Leader is someone who has willing followers.

Spell out in simple everyday language the win for people for your people if they follow you in your plans.

e.g. 'You will be able to gain promotion faster as a result of our expansion. You will win as well as the organisation.'

Win the hearts and minds of people! Excite them. energise them.

Show them you are concerned about them!
